If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Our Delivery Method

After the user places an order, you can see the detailed order information in My Order, and we will also send the order information by email, please make sure that the email you filled in is correct.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

  • Defective items arrived damaged/broken or soiled.
  • The item received was not the correct size/color.
  • Unwashed, unworn and unused items that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize any delays:
If your item is returnable (see above), please email our customer service department stating your:

  • order number
  • product name
  • Reason to come back. If the product is defective, please send a clear photo or video showing the defect.

NOTE: Ideally, photos/videos should be sharp and in focus, taken in good lighting conditions, at close to medium distances. This allows us to identify and verify issues.

We will always do our best to assist you. Thank you in advance for providing all the above information.

Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Order (RMA) along with our return address.
Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return with a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Once we receive the returned item, we will email you within 7 days and arrange for an exchange or refund.

We will not accept returns in the following cases:
Items beyond the 14-day warranty period.
Items that have been washed, worn, used or misused.
Customized or personalized items.
Items such as underwear/swimsuits are not covered by this guarantee due to hygiene reasons.
Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Order (RMA) will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose.
If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

For refunds, our processing time for processing refunds is 3-7 business days after receiving your returned item. After this time, the refund time will depend on the payment method. See details below:
PayPal refunds can take up to 2-3 days to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refunds will appear in your account within 7-14 business days. This delay is entirely up to your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
